MOOSIC, PA – The Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeastern Pennsylvania held its 2017 Golf Tournament In honor of Hank Belin IV & Jerry Klein at Glenmaura National Golf Club on Monday, May 15.
The tournament started at 12:00 PM and had 120 golfers participate! There were contest, major prize raffles, and basket raffles all to help raise money for the after-school programs provided by the Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeastern Pennsylvania.
After the tournament from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM there was an after golf party with some amazing food and an open bar!
Sundance Vacations participated in the raffle, with a week-long golf getaway.
Sundance Vacations was a Major Prize Sponsor and donated an 8 night/7 day stay for the beautiful Myrtle Beach/Hilton Head, SC, valued at $1,500!
The Boys & Girls Clubs show young people that someone cares and wants them to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens of our local community.
The Boys & Girls Club of Northeastern Pennsylvania has close to 1,000 members, ages six to eighteen years old, who take advantage of the programs, activities, and services provided by the agency in Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties.
