It’s a Pittie Rescue is a volunteer based, no kill rescue for pit bulls in Illinois.
They are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating injured or sick, and finding homes for their favorite breed.
Their mission is to not only help struggling pit bulls, but also to educate people about “one of America’s most loyal and kind breeds” according to their website.
Helping one dog at a time is their philosophy! They provide dog training outlets and recommend certain professional on their site as well as suggest checking your local Humane Society for options.
